When you are trying to sell your home, I can't stress enough how important "curb appeal" is.
Think about it this way; prospective buyers have lots of options to consider and limited time to pursue those options. If you're lucky enough to have captured their attention by the way your home is showcased online or in print and they decide to physically get in their car and drive-by, do you think that opportunity should be squandered!? Definitely NOT!
From the outside of your home they will begin forming opinions on how well presented and maintained the WHOLE home is. Trust me, invest the energy, and money, required to make the front of your home look presentable, well maintained and most importantly, tantalizing. If they don't like what they see from the curb, the chances of them coming inside are slim to none.
